Due to the nature of henna powder and the challenges of international shipping, we do not offer refunds on any products.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at abidco@jamila.com.pk with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess your case and offer a suitable resolution if applicable.

All claims are subject to review, and the final decision will be made by Abid & Company (Pvt) Ltd.
